Ballads and Yarns is the debut progressive folk album of film & TV composer Roly Witherow. (for Roly's media work website, click here).

Described by Folk Radio UK as 21st century Folk Music in all its glory, Ballads and Yarns is a personal exploration of the folk tradition, bordering at times on experimental, spoken word and art-rock. The album combines traditional songs, particularly sea shanties, with originals and instrumentals.

Ballads and Yarns, released on the 8th of May, is available to purchase here on bandcamp (or on Amazon / iTunes): https://rolywitherow.bandcamp.com.
